These terms and conditions for booking with A2B Leicester Taxis™:
Regarding the provision of an airport transfer service (“service”) or any form of passenger or courier transfer between you and A2B Leicester Taxis.
Completion of the booking form and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
Definitions
A2B Leicester Taxis™ of Kerrysdale Avenue, Leicester, LE4 7GN and Licensed Operator by Leicester City Council License Number: PHO-0024
You and Your means any individual, company or other business that places the booking with us.
“service” means the service of ground transport (including any instalment of the service or any multiple services) which A2B Leicester Taxis is to supply in accordance with these Conditions.

A- Bookings
A.1- You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. A2B Leicester Taxis shall not be accountable or answerable for delays caused by your failure to allow adequate time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
A.2- You must order an appropriate car size for the number of passengers and luggage. A2B Leicester Taxis cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.
A.3- Vehicles that are booked by you that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we shall be entitled to cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries under the Contract without any liability to the you, and if the Services have been delivered but not paid for the price shall become immediately due and payable not withstanding any previous agreement or arrangement to the contrary. The driver is entitled to charge extra, if you provided wrong information whilst booking your vehicle, if the car can accommodate your needs.
A.4- If you need to transport a wheelchair please indicate this at the time of booking.
A.5- Any Sub-contracting companies are not authorised to make any representations or claims concerning the service unless confirmed by us in writing by email, telephone or otherwise. In entering the Contract, you acknowledge that it does not rely on, and waives any claim for breach of, any such representations, which are not so confirmed.
B- Prices & Payment
B.1- A2B Leicester Taxis will email you a quotation based on the information supplied by you. Unless otherwise stated all prices are exclusive of VAT which, if applicable, will be charged in addition. A2B Leicester Taxis may alter the quotation if there is any material modification to the initial itinerary, the number of passengers, or the type or size of vehicle required.
B.2- Fares quoted are rates are based on information provided by you. Any diversions, additional set downs or pickups by passengers will incur a minimum charge of £5.00 per diversion. Fares quoted that are not booked will have a validity of 12 hours. A2B Leicester Taxis reserves the right of altering any prices without prior notification however quotations on confirmed bookings are totally binding.
B.3- The quotation will include a 45-minute waiting period after the advertised landing time and, but the entire cost of car parking will be payable by You. A2B Leicester Taxis will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial 45-minute period has expired. A2B Leicester Taxis will endeavour to check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but shall be under no obligation to do so.
B.4- If you accept the quotation, you will receive confirmation of your booking by email or a verbal telephone call where email was not available to you. Please make sure you check your booking confirmation carefully and inform A2B Leicester Taxis promptly of any errors. A2B Leicester Taxis shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from by your failure to provide A2B Leicester Taxis with correct information.
B.5 – For all journeys or rides, where the requirement is for both ways transfer; The passenger will be required to make FULL payment during the first leg of the journey.
B.6 – All journeys initiating at an airport (which are not return journeys where A2B Leicester Taxis has taken you to the airport) must be prepaid in full at least three days before the date of travel.
B.7 – Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Amex (are all subject to an administration and a surcharge) and is subject to minimum transaction of £25.00 of each journey, Cash, Cheque with a valid guarantee card. Payment by cheque must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of travel.
B.8- Reservations and orders made for service on the following dates will be subject to an additional surcharge of 50% on the published fares: 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January.
C- The Service
C.- You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the car during the journey. You will be charged a minimum of £100 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.
C.2- Eating and drinking in the cars are not permitted.
C.3- Under the Health Act 2006, Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicle.
C.4- All children travelling during the journey should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. Suitable child seats should wherever possible be supplied and fitted by the child’s parents. Such seats may be retained free of charge by the driver for use on the return journey.
C.5- A2B Leicester Taxis or any of their drivers will not carry more passengers than the insurance or licensing law allows.
D- Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact A2B Leicester Taxis as soon as possible by email.
D.1- Any cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to before the date of travel will result in a full refund, or if paid in advance or charge to a card.
D.2- Any cancellations made 48 hours prior or on the same day which were paid in advance, or were to be invoiced to the client or payment made by any form of card will incur a full charge therefore it will not be refunded back to the card.
E- Liability
E.1- A2B Leicester Taxis shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall A2B Leicester Taxis be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.
E.2- Neither A2B Leicester Taxis nor any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will be responsible for loss or damage to your luggage and is carried wholly at your own risk.
E.3- A2B Leicester Taxis shall be permitted to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the vehicle you travelling in breaks down during the journey A2B Leicester Taxis will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as practicable.
E.4- You shall indemnify A2B Leicester Taxis against all losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party.
E.5- Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful default or fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise in any manner unenforceable by any applicable law.
F- Termination
F.1- A2B Leicester Taxis will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence, or abuse by you or by any passenger in your party and will ask all passengers to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through the hire.
G- Miscellaneous
G.1- A2B Leicester Taxis may subcontract its obligations under this Agreement. You shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.
G.2- A2B Leicester Taxis may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
Please review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. All existing bookings will be at the rate quoted or applicable rate in effect at the time of booking.
G.3- A2B Leicester Taxis shall store, process, and use all information regarding your personal details in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
G.4- This Agreement and any supplementary quotation represent the entire agreement between you and A2B Leicester Taxis in relation to its subject matter. If there is any discrepancy between the terms of this Agreement and the quotation, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
G.5- Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer any benefit on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, and no third party shall have the right to enforce any rights under this Agreement except where otherwise agreed in writing.
H- Disputes
H.1-This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and you and A2B Leicester Taxis each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your booking and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not send out marketing e-mail to you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us at any time in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address and your payment details if you are purchasing a service. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up
to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.
